i have a short and peicey style and to go a few extra days without shampooing, i wet my hair with ocean texture spray instead of water.  i let it air or blow dry and finish with hair spray!  because i'm able to go a few extra days without shampooing, my scalp is happier and i have amazing, perfect texture.
